You want a website and we can’t wait to assist you! Please read the following disclaimer below that applies to services rendered for all current, future and past clients. Any additional details regarding your specific needs will be a part of our email, phone, text, video call etc communications to discuss and / or as listed on our estimate to you.
Hosting / Domain
We’re not a website hosting company so we don’t offer support for website hosting, email, domain or other services relating to hosting. With that being said, we are glad to discuss any issues related to server speed or downtime with the hosting provider. If needed, we can call, email or chat with the hosting provider to discuss issues with them.
WordPress
If you find any WordPress, layout or eCommerce issues with the website after the project is completed, we can provide troubleshooting support at an additional rate. If we can’t solve the issue, we will report back to you with what we know about the issue.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We don’t guarantee improvements to your website’s search engine ranking as part of the website project.

If we add any Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy / Scanner, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer or other similar policy features onto your site, you understand that it is your sole responsibility to review and make any changes to these polices or scanner etc as needed to make sure you are compliant.
You acknowledge that we informed you that applicable (state, national, or international) law may require your website to have a Privacy Policy with specific disclosures. We are not lawyers and we are not responsible for your business complying with any applicable privacy laws.
Displaying our Work
We love to show off our work, so we reserve the right to display all aspects of our creative work, including sketches, work-in-progress designs and the completed project on our portfolio, as an example of work done to other clients and in articles on websites, in magazine articles, in books etc.
Confidentiality
Your secrets are safe with us. This includes your proprietary information (things like trade secrets, know-how, or any other confidential information that is not publicly available). We promise we won’t sell your proprietary information to a third-party.
Payment
We will issue invoices electronically to you through Stripe / WooCommerce or via a printed or digital copy of an invoice that you can pay by check. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue debts if not paid within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
Additional Legal Details
You guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them. When you provide text, images or other artwork to us, you agree to protect us from any claim by a third party that we’re using their intellectual property.
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied unless otherwise stated. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products and services.
We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you have advised us of them.
Your liability to us will also be limited to the amount of fees paid for services within the past calendar year and you won’t be liable to us or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if we’ve advised you of them. Our liability will be limited to not more than the amount paid for services within the past calendar year.
This Disclaimer supersedes any other written or verbal communications between the Parties. TJ Design reserves the right to change or modify this Disclaimer with no prior notice, although we will update the “last updated” at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
