Hello friends! Can you believe that 2012 is already well into its third month?! Well, for me, the first part of this year has been super busy...praise the Lord! I thought y'all would be interested in seeing what I've been busy with, so check out the below:

One of the wonderful clients I've been working for is Ben Franklin Plumbing Wichita. These last few months, I've been working on a team to optimize the site for Google search engine searches (SEO).

This client, Generation Impact, already had a beautifully designed website, but wanted to add new pages for their columnists, so I worked with Photoshop mockups provided by one of the designers to code the new pages in a way that seamlessly ties them in with the existing site.

Brooke Krause has a wonderful sense of style and great writing voice. I've worked with her previously to design the look for her website, B in Real Life. This year, I revised and widened her sidebar so she could add even more advertising.

I also really enjoyed working with Frontier Precious Metals to create a new, custom logo and business card design for their company.
Finally, another exciting project in the works is a website for an organization at one of our local universities, Wichita State.
Anyway, hope things are going well for you, my dear readers! I'm really looking forward to the future and what projects will be ahead for me and TJ Design!

But starting a new website or blog can be a daunting venture. How should you start? What will you need? And a hundred other questions start filling your mind.
